Founded in 1988 and located in Caldas da Rainha, Portugal. Situated 90km from Lisbon, on the west coast, in a region known for its traditional secular industry of Portuguese utilitarian and decorative ceramics.

History - Highlights

  • 1992 – National Award for Design
  • 2001 - National Award for safety at work
  • 2003 – National Museum of Ceramics – Exhibition: 15 years of Molde  
  • 2005 – Gold Medal of Merit, Caldas da Rainha Municipal Council
  • 2007 – Industrial Tourism: Tour created for visits to the factory       
  • 2009 – Completion of the largest support project in the tile-making industry of Portugal: Water Treatment Centre of EPAL, in Asseiceira/Tomar – designed by Eduardo Nery.
