It is possible to cancel an order, if it has not yet been confirmed by our system and payment received. You must formalize the cancellation request to the email email@example.com, always informing the order number.
After 48 hours after the order email is sent, if payment is not received, Molde Ceramics retains the right to consider it canceled, putting the products available for sale again.
It is not possible to return the shipping costs in case of exchange or return of the products.
Client has 14 days, after order reception, to proceed to exchange or return of the product. He may do it directely at the factory installations or by contacting us through email firstname.lastname@example.org, presenting the invoice number, the product reference and an accompayning photo, if necessary.
The products for exchange must be in perfect conditions, complete with all its accessories and without any evidence of use.
Must be properly packed and protected, so they don’t get damaged in transportation.
The returning costs are entirely of the client responsibility, except if there has been a product mistake caused by Molde.
There won’t be accepted cancellations and returns of products that don’t respect the procedures described above.
In case of cancellation or return of orders, the value paid by the client to Molde Ceramics will be returned by bank transfer in 14 working days, counting from the reception of the products.
