Cancellations and Returns

It is possible to cancel an order if it has not yet been confirmed by our system and payment has not been made. You must formalize the cancellation request through the email loja.online@molde.pt, always giving the number of the respective order. After 48 hours of sending the email with product availability, if there is no payment for the order, Molde Ceramics reserves the right to consider it cancelled, placing the items on sale again. It is not possible to return shipping costs in case of exchange or return of products. The customer has 14 business days, after receiving the order, to proceed with the exchange or return of the product. You can do it directly at the factory premises or by contacting us by e-mail to loja.online@molde.pt, stating the invoice number, the product reference, and the accompanying photo, if necessary. The products for exchange must be in perfect condition, complete, with all its accessories and without any indication of use. They must be properly protected so as not to be damaged during transport. Return shipping costs are of the customer’s sole responsibility, unless there has been a mistake in the product sent by Molde Ceramics. Returns or exchanges of products that do not comply with the above procedures will not be accepted. In the case of return or cancellation of orders, the amount paid by the customer to Molde Ceramics will be returned by bank transfer within 14 days, counting from the day the items are received.
