Shipping and deliveries

The order will be sent by carrier to the address you indicate during the purchase process, upon confirmation of receipt of payment by bank transfer. Orders for mainland Portugal and Spain can be delivered between 24h to 72h business days, except for public holidays at the carriers’ Head office.

All items sent by the carrier must be checked upon receipt. If any damage or defect in the packaging is detected, the order must be refused and returned immediately to the carrier, indicating on the bill of lading the reason for refusal. You must inform Molde Ceramics of the fact. A proof of delivery without reference to damage is considered an order delivered in good condition.If damage to the product is detected after opening the packaging, you have 24 hours after receiving it to contact Molde Ceramics by e-mail: loja.online@molde.pt
If delivery was not possible, due to an incorrect address or if no one is available to receive it, the order will be returned to Molde Ceramics, the shipment cost being borne by the customer.Details of shipping costs can be found in the table below. For destinations not indicated in the list, shipping costs will be calculated individually.Any custom duties, taxes, or possible additional costs for delivery of orders in the destination countries are to be borne by the customer.
